Heating

At Modern Developments we design, supply and install all forms of heating including Gas, Oil, Electric or Solid Fuel.
We can also provide a comprehensive service for renewable heating installations. Our installations are not only sustainable and cost-effective but also help reduce carbon emissions. We are MCS accredited and are able to offer the Renewable Heat Incentive.
All gas work is carried out by a certified Gas Safe Engineer and electrical work by a select electrician.
